If there’s millions of zombies, what’s the odds of not getting infected?
In this edition of “Ask Bast”, Isaiah asks: “If there’s millions of zombies, what’s the odds of not getting infected?”
That’s a great question Isaiah and definitely one to consider carefully. In this case, I like to think of the old saying “an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.” What I mean by that is that there is no way of knowing how rapidly or easily the contagion will be spread, but if you’ve done your preparation and planning in advance, you will have a better odds of NOT getting infected than someone who has done nothing. Remember that once an outbreak has begun it’s important to minimize your risk of exposure by quickly making your way to an area of low population density (think national parks, or mountain ranges) and to establish a defensible position there. Skip the heroics and focus on self preservation and with any luck you’ll be around to tell the grandkids about “The Great Outbreak” one day.
